21 August 2026 – TEGAS Digital Village welcomed delegates from Borneo Animation Games & Festival (BAGF) 2026, led by Dr Yahaya Abdullah, for a courtesy visit to learn more about TEGAS’ work in talent development, digital innovation and entrepreneurship, and its potential contribution to the animation and games ecosystem.
The visit brought together industry and academic perspectives, including Troy Mason of Starpolar Games, Rob Doherty of Hasbro Entertainment, En. Faris Rahim of Todak Studios and Abraham Joel Victor of Nymey International Sdn. Bhd. The exchange explored how industry expertise, creative talent and innovation can help strengthen opportunities for Sarawakian creators.
