As Top 3 winners of the Sarawak Rocketeers CanSat Challenge organised by TEGAS, students from SMK Sungai Tapang, Sekolah Menengah Seni Sarawak and SMK Penrissen proudly represented Sarawak at the Malaysia Rocket CanSat Competition 2025 held in Felcra Seberang Perak.
Over three days, they presented their projects, assembled rocket motors, made technical adjustments, and launched their rockets and CanSat systems. On Day 3, they also joined the inaugural Water Race Challenge, exploring the fundamentals of watercraft engineering.
This milestone reflects TEGAS’ mission to empower Sarawak youth in STEM and nurture the next generation of digital innovators.
