TEGAS is proud to have taken part in this year’s Sarawak Media Conference (SMeC 2025), held in conjunction with the state-level National Journalists Day (HAWANA). The event brought together over 700 delegates to explore the future of media and journalism in the age of AI.
A highlight for us was the visit by the Premier of Sarawak, The Right Honourable Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Haji Abdul Rahman Zohari Tun Datuk Abang Haji Openg, to our booth. In a meaningful gesture, our Secretary, YB Datuk Haji Abdullah Saidol, presented a miniature model of the upcoming TEGAS Lodge Sarawak (TLS), a future-ready co-living facility for digital nomads, researchers, and content creators.
Previously, also seen inspecting the preparation of the TEGAS booth was our Chairman, YB Datuk Haji Len Talif Salleh.
