21 September 2026 | TEGAS Digital Village served as the strategic venue for Sarawak Media Workshop 2026 in conjunction of Sarawak Media Conference, organised by State Public Communication Unit (UKAS).
The Opening Ceremony was officiated by YB Datuk Abdullah bin Haji Saidol, Deputy Minister in the Premier’s Department (Corporate Affairs, Information and State Public Communication Unit) and Secretary of the TEGAS Board of Trustees, alongside TEGAS CEO Tuan Haji Udin bin Bujang and invited guests.
The workshop strengthened participants’ capabilities in storytelling, photojournalism, Mobile Journalism (MoJo), creative writing and AI, supporting digital talent development through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
