AI For Makers: Borneo Makers Festival 2026 concluded with a Prize Giving Ceremony officiated by The Honourable Datuk Abdullah Haji Saidol, Deputy Minister in the Sarawak Premier’s Department (Corporate Affairs and Sarawak Public Communication Unit), and Secretary of the TEGAS Board of Trustees.
The ceremony recognised participants of the AI Code Challenge and AI Create Challenge for their ideas and achievements, alongside a grand lucky draw featuring prizes that encourage creativity, productivity and everyday use of technology.
Across two days, AI For Makers brought community to explore AI technology, build practical skills and turn ideas into possibilities, while encouraging the responsible use of AI alongside human creativity, skills and values.
