5 May 2026 | Day 2 opened with participants defining clear milestones to anchor their growth over the programme. This was followed by a workshop on Scaling Without Breaking: Operational Discipline for Founders by Naaman Lee, Chief Operating Officer, JurisTech.
Midday featured group mentoring with SCALE Sarawak mentors, offering targeted feedback and guidance. The afternoon continued with a Business Model Innovation session by Chari TVT, Board Member of UEM Sunrise Berhad.
The founders continue to refine priorities and execution, and we look forward to tracking their progress and business growth over the 6-month journey.
