The press conference held today at the Siburan District Office marked a meaningful step in efforts to connect rural youth with opportunities in education and careers.
YB Datuk Dr. Jerip Susil, Deputy Minister for Transport Sarawak and Deputy Chairman of TEGAS, announced that the PRO-DR Roadshow will take place at Dewan Masyarakat Siburan on 20 August 2025, making it the 13th destination and second last stop in the statewide series.
Over 40 institutions and agencies will be present to offer guidance on higher education, technical training, and employment. Activities include exhibitions, STEM and TVET showcases, motivational talks, and open job interviews.
The PRO-DR Roadshow reflects the Sarawak Government’s commitment to preparing youth for the digital economy. Students, graduates, and jobseekers are encouraged to take part and explore the pathways ahead.
