30 passionate teachers from Miri and Baram joined the Edu Pico Certification Program for Teachers, proudly run by TEGAS Community Innovative Learning (TCIL).
Madam Sharon Teo, Manager of Talent Development, kicked things off with an inspiring introduction to TEGAS. Mr. Sylvester Samuel, our expert Technology Trainer, led the hands-on sessions after the introduction.
Throughout the workshop, the teachers gained knowledge on Python coding basics, explored sensors like gesture control, colour detection, buzzer, and potentiometer on the Edu Pico board. They are also exposed to innovation project such as Automated Waste Bin and Smart Classroom.
We are confident that this initiative will empower teachers to inspire their students to explore STEM through innovative projects and participate in future competitions. Together, let us continue to nurture creativity, curiosity, and innovation among our young learners.
